Yellow Filter Boosts Image Contrast After applying fluorescein and illuminating with cobalt-blue light, deploying the integrated drop-in/drop-out yellow barrier filter enhances visualization by significantly boosting image contrast.

Helicoid Eyepieces & Telescoping Eye Cups

Designed for customized comfort and precision, our helicoid-style eyepieces allow for smooth diopter adjustment, operating independently of the eyecups so they can remain in the optimal position for your vision. For enhanced viewing flexibility, the telescoping eye cups provide 18mm of eye relief, ensuring users—with or without eyeglasses—experience the maximum field of view. 

How It Works: 

• Eyeglass wearers push the cups in for seamless optical alignment.
• Non-eyeglass users extend the cups outward for an optimized viewing experience.

Tower Design Versatility for Precision Illumination

IBEX’s tower illumination system offers a 5–20-degree vertical tilt, allowing clinicians to position the slit below horizontal for shadow reduction during indirect illumination and optimal oblique muscle visualization during gonioscopy. For added control and adaptability, a conveniently placed tower-mounted knob enables quick left or right slit decentration (+/- 5 degrees), allowing clinicians to subtly offset the tower for precise scleral illumination—enhancing diagnostic accuracy and imaging clarity.
